One of my last SUNY New Paltz features on athlete Brittany Bennett. Sadly, her coach was nowhere to be found for a better story. But they published it anyway! 🙂
SUNY New Paltz wins the first annual Dr. Margaret Wade-Lewis Slam Poetry contest against UMass, Yale and SUNY Oneonta [plus a few others]. I talked to the team and met award-winning spoken word poet Anis Mojgani for a rare photo-op. This was my first Adobe InDesign project for my Copyediting and Layout class. Super nice and talented guy.
